We did it, John.

House Democrats recently passed the Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions (HEROES) Act -- the fourth piece of emergency legislation and most comprehensive to date -- which includes:

-- Additional funding for testing and medical supplies;
-- More support for small businesses;
-- Protection from evictions and foreclosures for working families; and
-- Extended benefits for paid sick and family leave.

The HEROES Act will also make significant investments in election security and ensure we have a national vote-by-mail strategy so no one has to risk getting infected to make their voice heard. The United States Postal Service has also asked for help to ensure this vital service continues -- and we've given it to them.

And it's not just Philadelphians who will be taken care of, John. This bill will lift up rural Pennsylvanians, tribal communities, and the U.S. territories as well. No one can get left behind in our response to this crisis, and I am working hard to make that commitment a reality.
