Together, we will prepare our communities to assert their rights so that we can stand up to attempts to conduct indiscriminate mass deportations. We will advocate fiercely in Congress, statehouses, and in the streets against the resurrection of horrific policies and practices like family separation and discriminatory worksite raids. We will use the power of the law and our constitution to defend and support immigrant communities in courthouses across the country. Given President-elect Trump’s agenda and the Cabinet members he’s nominated so far, it’s clear that legal defense will be crucial in the coming year.

While the opposition relies on self-interested millionaires and billionaires to fund their attacks, we rely on supporters like you to ensure we have the resources we need to continue this critical work into 2024 and beyond.
