Dear ,
We are in a critical moment for the United States and for our network, especially with the passing of the bill H.R. 9495 ([link removed]) (the bill being referred to as the “nonprofit killer”) which would hand the Trump administration the power to effectively shut down any nonprofit by labeling it a “terrorist supporting organization”.
Allied Media Projects remains committed to nurturing our project ecosystem through organizing alongside our projects and offering bespoke support that fits their needs. In this time of uncertainty, we ground ourselves in our purpose to support our sponsored projects using our network principles ([link removed]) .
** Fortify our Network
------------------------------------------------------------
You can join us in sustaining the work of Allied Media Projects by giving $25 in December. Those donating $25 will receive a limited edition sticker pack featuring our network principles. Individual donations are critical to keeping our fiscal sponsorship fees low. Your donation directly offsets the costs of our support.

** We Begin By Listening: Project Hajra
------------------------------------------------------------
Project Hajra ([link removed]) is a membership-based, peer-supported, and transformative justice initiative working out of their local AMEMSA (Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, and South/Central Asian) community in Queens, NYC.
Project Hajra organizes alongside AMEMSA survivors of interpersonal and state violence to provide leadership development and mutual aid to their community. They support survivors through programming like grief circles, workshops, and meeting material needs through their emergency fund.
When Project Hajra reached out to Allied Media Projects for support to raise money to refill their low emergency fund and fund staff stipends, our development team met with them to understand their needs and built a plan to spread awareness. After listening to their goals and identifying places of partnership, we worked closely with Project Hajra to plan the campaign which they then executed.
We are thrilled by this win for Project Hajra, their membership, and our network which is enriched by the lessons learned.
You can learn more about Project Hajra and support their work here ([link removed]) .
We invite you to be part of our ecosystem by making a gift or sharing our story with your community. Signing up for our newsletter ([link removed]) or following us on Instagram ([link removed]) is the best way to stay connected as we continue the work of nourishing our ecosystem in 2025 and beyond. You can also keep an eye on our blog ([link removed]) for news and other happenings at AMP.
