The Allen’s Hummingbird is a species in a worrying decline. Their population has plummeted by a staggering 88% since 1970. And sadly, they’re not alone. The Allen’s Hummingbird is one of 70 birds at a crisis “Tipping Point'', having already lost at least half of its population in the last 50 years and is on track to lose another 50% in the coming decades.
