Last night, 60 Minutes had two interesting pandemic news stories. The first featured Federal Reserve boss Jerome Powell predicting the American economy would rebound in the second half of the year but not to where it was in February.   The second starred Dr. Rick Bright, a whistleblower who works for the Department of Health and Human Services in the biological threat department. The Doctor says the government did not act with urgency when the Wuhan virus first appeared.
