Dear Friend,

For decades, The Claremont Institute has played a critical role on the American Right, training America’s leaders, shaping ideas, and tirelessly defending the principles of the American Founding. This year, our programs, centers, and publications expanded their efforts, guiding many on the Right through a pivotal moment in our nation’s history.

This Giving Tuesday, your generous support will enable us to amplify our impact even further. Below is a brief overview of our achievements this year and the areas where we will focus our efforts in the year ahead.

Claremont’s Fellowship programs ([link removed] ) —Lincoln, Publius, John Marshall, Speechwriters, and Sheriffs—equip the next generation of leaders to defend the American way of life. Our alumni have real world impact. They include key appointees in the incoming Trump administration, cultural influencers like Charlie Kirk and Michael Knowles who helped move younger generations to the Right in the election, and important media voices like Mollie Hemingway who held the Left and the Biden administration to account when it mattered most.

At Claremont’s Center for the American Way of Life ([link removed] ) , Arthur Milikh and his colleagues have armed the Right with bold ideas and policies. This year, we released Identity in the Trenches ([link removed] ) , a report exposing the impact of DEI and race quotas on military readiness recommending actionable policy prescriptions to dismantle it. This effort is gaining traction with key members of Congress and is poised to shape the agenda of the incoming Department of Defense leadership.

Led by Dr. John Eastman, Claremont’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence ([link removed] ) has been instrumental in 8 of the last 11 consequential Supreme Court rulings, playing a pivotal role in the Supreme Court’s rejection of Chevron deference, curbing the power of unelected bureaucrats, and restoring the balance of power between agencies and elected officials. CCJ helped shape the critical legal debates surrounding presidential immunity in Trump v. United States and ballot access in Trump v. Anderson—issues at the forefront of the battle to defend our constitutional system.

Claremont’s two publications provide unmatched intellectual leadership within the conservative movement. The Claremont Review of Books ([link removed] ) , regarded by many as the Right’s preeminent intellectual journal, offers rigorous essays, book reviews, and thoughtful explorations of the principles shaping our political life, serving as an indispensable guide to American public life. Complementing this, The American Mind ([link removed] ) delivers sharp analysis and bold commentary on today’s most pressing cultural and political issues, translating the timeless principles of the American Founding into actionable insights that empower readers to engage in the fight for America’s future.

Claremont’s reach is difficult to match, influencing government, law, culture, and policy simultaneously. With your help, we can expand this work as America enters a critical new chapter.
