Hi
Friend,
My name is Elizabeth Kelly and I am a senior in high school. I have a very deep connection to CURE Epilepsy, as my grandmother, Barb Kelly, was a founding board member. Her son, my uncle, has lived with epilepsy since early childhood.
Interning at CURE Epilepsy was an awesome experience. I worked on a variety of projects and got to see what goes on “behind the scenes” of this important organization. One of the highlights of my internship was working on a new website for CURE Epilepsy where people can research the specific type of epilepsy that affects them or their loved one. Support from community members like you makes these resources possible.
I am grateful to my grandmother for her role in establishing this organization, which has helped so many people. This progress would not have been possible without the CURE Epilepsy community and donors who continue to bring her vision to life.
