I can tell you that your support really does make a difference. The National Women’s Law Center has been leading the fight for gender justice for over 50 years, and we are just as committed now as the day we were founded. Just this year we:
* Began representing Anna Nusslock, who was denied lifesaving abortion care by a Catholic hospital in California.
* Achieved two landmark decisions after suing an insurance company over their discriminatory practices against LGBTQ+ individuals seeking fertility treatments, helping people nationwide get access to the care they need.
* Pushed the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to adopt strong rules for the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act safeguarding protection for a broad and diverse range of pregnancy-related accommodations, including those related to abortion.
* Pushed the Senate to confirm outstanding judicial nominations to ensure there are fair, unbiased judges throughout the court system who will help preserve our democracy and the rule of law.

We know how to leverage grassroots activism, groundbreaking research, and crucial legal fights to protect and expand our fundamental rights. But this work takes resources, and we’re still XXXX short of our $50,000 Giving Tuesday goal.
