Dear Friend:

My name is Delores Eggerson, and my son Andreco is serving a very long federal prison sentence. This Giving Tuesday, I'm asking you to help FAMM by supporting their ongoing Clemency Now! campaign to help families like mine and fight for second chances. [link removed]

This past weekend, President Biden granted his son Hunter a pardon. As a parent, I feel the sadness, grief, and frustration of having a child in the criminal justice system. I'm far from alone – countless parents are in the same boat. FAMM's clemency campaign is urging executive clemency and asking the president and governors to lead with mercy, to show our children the same compassion they would give their own.

I've been a FAMM member for a long time. I've traveled to Washington, D.C., and with the FAMM staff, I've had the opportunity to meet lawmakers and tell them my family's story. And I will tell you this: FAMM is a very small group of people trying to do a little good in the world. They need your support. Please consider helping them with their Clemency Now! campaign by donating here ([link removed]) . My family and FAMM thank you.

Sincerely,

Delores Eggerson
