Between the wildfires in our own backyard and Category Four hurricanes pummeling our coast, the most vulnerable communities are at the highest risk for climate disasters. We are anticipating rollbacks to dozens of environmental protections in the coming year that will harm our air and water quality and undermine our climate goals.Â
In 2025, we must continue to advance equitable clean energy policies at the city, state, and federal levels; fight back against the buildout of fossil fuel infrastructure, and hold our leaders accountable for damage done to our environment and the health of our communities.
