Dear Reader,

Many American adults don't feel that national news organizations care about the impact of their reporting. In a recent survey of more than 5,000 American adults from Gallup and the Knight Foundation, just 23% believed that most national news organizations care about “the best interests of their readers, viewers and listeners.” That’s pretty grim, especially knowing how much my colleagues and I really do care about you and everyone we serve.

Today, on Giving Tuesday [(or #GivingNewsDay, as we like to call it)], I want to make it clear that here at Florida Bulldog we care, deeply about you and our community of readers. We work hard so you can trust our reporting, and we care about the impact we have on South Florida. These are the very reasons we exist.

If our mission of providing watchdog reporting resonates with you, I ask you to consider donating what you can to help keep our trustworthy journalism thriving. We are hoping to attain 50 new donors by the end of the day. And, thanks to NewsMatch all gifts up to $1,000 are being matched dollar for dollar.

Can we count on you to help us reach our goal?  Click the FEED THE DOG box below. It will take you our donation page where you can give via a credit card or PayPal. Thank you!
