President Biden and Jimmy Carter are soulmates.  Mr. Carter's four-year term was unsuccessful and is recorded that way in history.  You'd have to be a poltroon to defend it.   Joe Biden governed even worse than Carter if the yardstick is helping working Americans.  But it was Biden's creation of destructive policies like the Open Border that will doom his legacy forever.
