I’m excited to kick off CURE Epilepsy’s Giving Tuesday intern takeover! I’m a recent college grad and after my summer CURE Epilepsy internship ended, I started working full time for a Chicago-based organization that supports individuals with disabilities. In my free time, I love playing the guitar.
Epilepsy is a huge part of my life. I was diagnosed at age 7, and my father and cousin have epilepsy as well. Thanks to advances in research, we are all able to manage our epilepsy, but we remain committed to doing everything in our power to find a cure.
