Without effective prevention strategies, 1 In 10 children may be sexually abused or exploited before their 18th birthday.

December 2024

Without effective prevention strategies, 1 In 10 children may be sexually abused or exploited before their 18th birthday.

Help us stop the hurt before it starts. Protect more children.

With your gift...

  • Our Enough Abuse Campaign will provide training and child sexual abuse prevention resources to more schools and youth organizations; over 15,000 staff trained to date. We provide consultation on strengthening Codes of Conduct so boundary-violating behaviors of adults are stopped before they can escalate to illegal sexual offenses; 60 schools slated in 2025 for consultation on policies to prevent school-employee sexual misconduct/abuse.
  • Our Children's Justice Campaign will partner with lawmakers and citizens across the country to help draft legislation, provide public testimony, and educate the media to support the reform/elimination of Statutes of Limitations laws; 35 jurisdictions engaged to date. More survivors will have access to seek justice, more abusers will be held accountable, and more children will be protected.
  • Our bimonthly States Policy Exchange will provide policymakers and advocates in over 30 states with the latest information and support to successfully introduce and pass laws to prevent child sexual abuse from ever occurring. More states will enact laws requiring prevention education in schools, screening of school employees, and criminalization of educator sexual abuse and misconduct.
  • Our Pledge to Prevent® Campaign will engage people everywhere to “Show Your Hand, Take a Stand!” by choosing 1 of 25 different pledges, committing to take specific actions to prevent child sexual abuse in their homes and communities.

Working together, we can create transformative social change to end child sexual abuse.

We are changemakers for children. We are building a movement. Join us. Donate today.
