Last week, Mitch McConnell was asked when the Senate would consider additional measures to support Americans during the coronavirus pandemic. 

His answer? “I don’t think we have yet felt the urgency of acting immediately.”

Almost 90,000 lives have been lost. Our country faces the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. We’re at 15 percent unemployment. And yet McConnell doesn’t feel the “urgency?”

Instead, he said we should allow cities and states suffering from the coronavirus pandemic to go bankrupt—and brought the Senate back to work to confirm an unprecedented number of Trump's far-right judicial nominees. That’s where his priorities lie.

It’s never been more clear: We must retire Mitch McConnell and send Amy McGrath to the Senate.
