We spent more this year than on any previous election because it was so important to end the progressive left’s destructive trifecta. We played significant offense and defense with our investment of time, manpower and money, distributing voter guides, knocking on doors (with our army of volunteers), calling targeted voters, running ads and putting up billboards. Here are the results to date:
7 - House seats successfully defended in key swing districts (these seats had either pro-life incumbents or were open seats that had previously been held by a pro-life legislator). Several of these can be considered major upsets!
3 - House seats flipped to a pro-family, pro-life representative (in districts 18A, 7B and 26A). A fourth seat is still in play, as conservative candidate Aaron Paul is trailing by just 14 votes (.06%) to his far-left opponent, with a mandatory recount underway.
We did all this despite Minnesota voting blue once again at the top of the ballot.
However, when it came to the national elections and many state-wide offices, Minnesota was once again the outlier. Voters rejected the far-left policies of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz (more about him in a minute) to a stunning degree that left pundits in the mainstream media crying into their handkerchiefs.
Let’s pray for President-Elect Trump, that he will vigorously defend the unborn, families, and children – especially girls and young women who are being harmed by radical transgender ideology.
Just as importantly, we have a new pro-life majority in the U.S. Senate (53-47, with four seats flipped), and we have maintained a pro-life majority in the U.S. House as well. Now that’s a trifecta we can get behind!
