As a member of the Supporter Care team at the International Rescue Committee, I'm trying to reach out to as many of our supporters as I can ahead of Giving Tuesday tomorrow.
🆘❄️ Millions of families in crisis zones like Gaza, Syria and Afghanistan are in urgent need of winter supplies to get through the next couple of months.
The IRC is responding urgently—but we'll need to ramp up our efforts in the coming weeks as rain and snow exacerbates dire conditions and the danger for children and families grows.
I know we talk a lot about the sheer number of people in need around the world—and it can be difficult to imagine how just one person can make a difference.
