Former Atlanta Police Officer James Burn faces life in prison for doing his
job,and he desperately needs your help today.
James’ entire prosecution has been a witch hunt. This good American cop did
nothing wrong. But, the radical left prosecutor in charge of James’ case is on
a mission to ruin James’ life in exchange for political capital.
I’m sure you’ve heard of liberal prosecutors attacking conservatives and hard
working Americans they disagree with by abusing the legal system as a tool for
their Anti-American schemes. . .
Well, that’s exactly what’s going on here.
Let me quickly give you the facts:
* On June 23, 2016, James responded to a call about a suspect breaking into a
parked vehicle.
* James arrived on scene and watched a person matching the suspect’s
description enter a vehicle. So, James did what any police officer would do –
he put on his emergency lights.
* Well, the suspect immediately spooked and drove the vehicle he was breaking
into directly at James’s police car.This was a life-threatening attack on
James, a police officer, which is a crime in and of itself!
* Fearing for his life and hoping not to be struck by the suspect’s car,
James tried to stop it by discharging his weapon one time.
James struck the violent suspect and killed him.
Now I’ve got to say, it’s a tragedy that a life was lost, but James was just
doing his job – he was protecting his community from a thief and protecting his
own life from being taken by a vehicle charging towards him.
But soon after the incident, the Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney
charged James withmurder. . . and is trying to put him away for life. . . when
all James was trying to do was protect his life and his community.
Now, after 8 long years of a messy legal battle and James losing everything he
has, James is finally scheduled to go to trial this fall.
