The clock is counting down – tomorrow is Giving Tuesday. NCLEJ is a small team that punches well above our weight. We have expansive casework in New York State and around the nation that impacts the lives of hundreds of thousands.

The re-election of Donald Trump means that our work to advance racial, economic, and disability justice will be more important than ever for the marginalized communities who will be most impacted by Trump’s extreme policies.

By donating, you can help support our efforts to:

Secure justice for 24-hour homecare workers who experienced extreme wage theft;
End racially-discriminatory policing in Buffalo and Oklahoma City;
Expand access to life-saving SNAP benefits in places like Alaska, Missouri, New York, and more;
Protect children of color in Buffalo from lead paint poisoning;
Fight back against the extreme policies of the Trump administration in 2025;
And so much more!

As one of the biggest fundraising days of the year for nonprofits, Giving Tuesday is an especially important opportunity to raise as much money as we can in support of our mission.
