Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday and we need your help to ensure young women and gender-expansive youth have the resources to protect their rights and advocate for their communities.
IGNITE’s training and advocacy programs — IGNITE the Capitol Advocacy Days and the National College Convention in Washington, D.C.— equip young leaders with the skills and opportunities they need to create meaningful change. Participants learn to navigate the legislative process, advocate for key policies, and build relationships with elected officials who can move the needle toward a more equitable future.
But, for many young people, transportation and housing costs are barriers to accessing these life-changing experiences.
Rights are at risk, and we must act now to secure our freedoms for tomorrow. With your support, we can ensure changemakers are equipped to lead the fight for gender equity, voter access, and reproductive rights at their state and national capitols!
Here’s how you can help:
$50 covers meals for one participant at IGNITE the Capitol.
$100 supports transportation to a state capitol for advocacy days.
$500 funds a participant’s travel to Washington, D.C. for the National College Convention.
Give what you canand together, we will ensure young people are ready to advocate for their communities and secure a thriving, equitable future.
Thank you for your generosity this Giving Tuesday. Your support will go a long way in protecting our rights!
With gratitude,
Sara Guillermo, IGNITE CEO
