I hope you saw our last email, friends. Medicare and Social Security are too important to Iowans, and even considering cuts during this time is fear-inducing recklessness.

Team Abby has worked together since day one to expand and improve these crucial, hard-earned entitlements. So, Washington special interest and dark-money groups are trying to beat us in November. We can’t let that happen.

They’re going to throw everything and the kitchen sink at us -- money, surrogates, and misleading attacks -- so we have to be ready. Can you chip in $5 or $10 today to help pad our resources and fight back?

According to The Washington Post, senior White House advisors are floating cuts to Medicare and Social Security to pay for COVID relief.

At Team Abby, we know that this can’t happen. Medicare and Social Security serve about 650,000 Iowans -- including 77,000 disabled workers.

We need to strengthen these safety nets to ensure that our neighbors have the resources they need for financial stability.

We need every supporter to join our call to preserve Social Security and Medicare. Click here to join us >>
