Revitalizing communities through heritage tourism, historic preservation, education, creative placemaking and investment in local leadership across the eight counties of the Rivers of Steel National Heritage Area takes dedication, passion, innovation and engagement from a wide network of collaborators. This year, with the support of more than 100 partners and nearly 20,000 participants in our programs, Rivers of Steel reached new milestones, including launching a workforce development initiative, expanding multiyear creative leadership residencies and advancing historical preservation efforts and visitation at the Carrie Blast Furnaces.
Your support now will help Rivers of Steel to continue to evolve to meet our region’s needs, as we build a future that preserves our heritage by creating new possibilities for local communities.

We made significant progress for safer biking and walking in 2024, and there’s still so much work to do. You play an enormous part in helping BikePGH deliver on our mission: Donate now to double your impact! Every dollar will be matched.

Your CBCLT donation reaches even further this year! All #GivingTuesday donations to City of Bridges Community Land Trust will benefit our neighbors at East End Community Thrift. The shop, known as Thrifty, is a volunteer-run thrift shop providing quality, low-cost, used clothing and household goods to our community, including sharing vouchers to those who need a hand. Support Thrifty's mission while also qualifying for CBCLT membership, and work with us to preserve affordable housing and fight displacement across Allegheny County!
