Friend,

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and wanted you to know that I spent the holiday being thankful for you.

I thought about the journey we’ve been on together, and I’m just in awe of how far we’ve come.

After the Heller and McDonald decisions, gun owners were thrilled for the victories over the Disarmament Regime. But the gun control status quo largely remained intact.

Anti-freedom states like California not only retained their hostile policies, but they even expanded them. Fresh attacks would come regularly from within the Deep State, and The ATF operated largely unchecked in their quest to use the power of the federal bureaucracy to assault gun owners with the most disgusting regulatory BS imaginable.

Yet year after year, our politicians wouldn’t even call gun control what it is: a naked attempt by the government to use state violence to disarm and subjugate you.

These people literally want to put you in a cage – or just raid your house and shoot you – over hunks of metal and plastic, Friend. And instead of raising hell, Republicans and Democrats alike just kept blessing the ATF and the immoral laws they enforce.

In the years after the Heller and McDonald decisions, countless Second Amendment cases were petitioned to SCOTUS. And for years, recalcitrant courts ignored the Second Amendment. I was beyond frustrated. The Court was largely silent until two years ago when it took up Bruen.

But fast forward to today, and thanks to peaceable people like you changing that status quo, the difference is nothing short of breathtaking.

Now it’s only memes and wins that are ‘fast and furious’. People are fed up and willing to call the ATF the jackboots that they are.

Folks are fired up, making anti-rights politicians on Capitol Hill think twice.

And most of all, we are winning!

We’re winning by sending more cases to the Supreme Court like Snope v. Brown (which used to be Bianchi) – our “assault weapons” ban challenge.

We’re winning by fighting back not just as individual gun owners, or even as FPC members, but as a movement.

And that’s not even touching on the dozens upon dozens of victories against gun control at the state and local levels by securing judgments and injunctions against government enforcement of unconstitutional laws.

Brick by brick, we are tearing down the gun control wall. And finally, WE, the People, have the momentum in our quest for freedom.

That’s all possible thanks to YOU, Friend.

Your support of FPC over the years, your donations, reading our emails, sharing our social media posts, and your passion has enabled us to truly Fight Forward in a way the tyrants never expected.

And today, we stand on the cusp of being able to secure generational change in the courts as President Trump has the opportunity to nominate pro-gun, pro-liberty judges across the country.

We’ll be fighting hard to make sure he picks the right judges. But either way, FPC will be standing with you and for you as we aggressively move our litigation program forward in 2025.

A rising tide is coming, a near Biblical flood that we hope will drown the despots in liberty-minded litigation.

But we have to be ready, and that means being well-armed, and well-funded, Friend. That’s why before I let you go, I want to talk about Giving Tuesday.

Did you know that organizations like FPC raise more money for their causes in one day on Giving Tuesday than they do on just about any other day of the year?

That’s right, in just two days, the biggest day of charitable giving all year will be upon us. And I hope you’ll consider supporting FPC on that day.

I know your inbox will be positively swamped that day, with many organizations competing for your hard-earned money.

Well, let me give you one reason (and trust me, that’s the only reason you need) why you should block out the noise and support FPC on Giving Tuesday: our enemies.

That’s right, gun control groups like Everytown, Giffords, March For Our Lives, and many others will be looking to hijack Giving Tuesday for tyranny.

And if the past is any indication, Michael Bloomberg and his allies will be helping to unload entire truckloads of cash for the gun control agenda.

That’s why we have to post a big number of our own, Friend. Because our enemies will be raking in millions on Tuesday.

That’s millions of dollars for them to try and destroy your gun rights. Millions of ways to empower the ATF jackboots. Millions of reasons to push back with everything you’ve got.

That’s why you should expect to hear from us on Tuesday. I’ll apologize in advance for all the emails you’re going to receive, because we will be reaching out to you on that critical day.

Trust me though, it’s extremely important that you open them, and if you can, consider supporting FPC by becoming a member on Giving Tuesday.

Joining is quick, easy, and costs as little as $3 a month. But your membership will be a huge help with everything that we do.

With your ongoing support, we’ll unload even more of the heavy-hitting lawsuits you’ve come to expect from FPC. Every dollar you give is a huge help.

So let’s get after it, make some noise, and continue blazing a trail like no other for the fundamental right to keep and bear arms.

Thank you so very much for your support, Friend!

-Brandon
