Today, I would like to introduce you to Brody Ewing. Brody’s not a client or an attorney. And his faith isn’t under attack.
Brody is a high school senior in West Virginia and the captain of his high school football team.
Last year, right before football season started, Brody took the First Freedom Challenge and committed to take a knee in prayer after his game.
That game took place on Friday, September 1, 2023 – the same night Coach Kennedy returned to the sidelines for his first game back as a coach in Bremerton, Washington.

Right now, we are working to get Fire Chief Ron Hittle’s case before the justices at the Supreme Court. Ron was fired for attending a leadership conference that was held at church.
A victory for Ron would strike a powerful blow against religious discrimination in the workplace for all Americans.
