Elon Musk wants to “defund” Planned Parenthood.^1 He wants to take away
the millions the government provides the organization to provide health
care services.

Musk wasn’t lying when he said he wanted to create “hardship” for everyday
Americans once he’s in the Trump administration. Musk is too powerful, all
because of the massive wealth he accumulated under a tax code full of
loopholes and breaks for billionaires and their corporations. It’s time
for Congress to defund Musk.

In response to Musk’s comments, Planned Parenthood said it’s clear that
Musk’s plans under Trump include, “denying people care and wreaking havoc
on our public health system.”^2

Musk wants to slash funding from programs and services that Americans rely
on. If he’s going to slash funding, he should at least be forced, along
with his billionaire friends, to pay his fair share of taxes.
