We only have a few spots left for our New Year's retreat in
Mexico. This retreat ( [link removed] )
is for anyone who is ready to confront whatever is in the way of
their growth so that we can expand into our full potential. All
practices are accessible and designed to be both playful and
challenging as we use somatics and movement to excavate old
stories and unleash radical healing. RESET 2025 is an invitation
to cleanse old stories, habits and conditioning so that we can
emerge into new ways of being, doing and becoming.
