Taxpayer—I’ve been trying to get in touch with you because something truly awful has happened.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) paid the University of Louisville to kill 28 cats. They wiped out an entire cat colony.

Tonight, they may ram through even more funding to this laboratory.

If it happens, the Louisville lab won’t just take more of your hard-earned tax dollars. It may exterminate 28 more cats.

This is bad situation. Here’s how the white coats killed them.

DEATH SENTENCE: Each cat was restrained in a vise… his small torso was immobilized… and his spine was severed.

Some of the kittens were tortured here for 1,000 DAYS.
