John,

One of the things that NCTE and the NCTE Action Fund is probably best known for is our extensive work on federal policy and our advocacy at the national level. But did you know that we also do an extraordinary amount of work at the state level, including working on state legislative campaigns?

Join us on Tuesday, May 19th at 8 PM Eastern for a community webinar to discuss this past state legislative session. I will be joined by Karl Bach, NCTE’s State Campaign’s Liason, Ashland Johnson, NCTE Consultant and President & Founder of The Inclusion Playbook, and Damon Hainline, NCTE’s Field Organizer as we discuss The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly: The Fight for Trans Equality During the 2020 Legislative Session.

We will be discussing our historic wins in Virginia as well as the legislative fights in South Dakota and Idaho. In addition to these states, we were also monitoring and fighting several other state bills that were suspended due to Coronavirus. We will be discussing those bills as well as other threats to trans equality that could arise again either later this year or next year.

Please click here to register. Registration for the webinar/call is required as space is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. All registered attendees will receive a link to join the webinar 24 hours before the webinar is scheduled to begin. Upon registration, you will be offered an opportunity to ask questions to our panelists.

Look forward to speaking with you soon,
