While the presidential election didn’t turn out as we hoped, I know that Los Angeles will always stand together.

Like many of you, I put a lot into supporting Vice President Harris’s campaign, and I know this loss is hard to process. Now, it couldn’t be more important that we do everything we can to move forward.

That’s why I work every day with a deep commitment to deliver the change that Angelenos deserve. Together, we have accomplished so much — from bringing thousands of unhoused Angelenos inside, to uplifting small businesses, to implementing a comprehensive strategy to make L.A. safer. We’re turning away from the status quo — and Los Angeles is better for it.

This is the time for action, and I’m only just getting started in moving Los Angeles forward. Now, with our critical fundraising deadline just hours away, I’m asking:
