Meanwhile, Elise Stefanik and the Republican party are in court fighting against the Affordable Care Act. They are also opposing a special enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act exchanges, leaving many without options. Even during a pandemic, they are committed to making health care unaffordable.
This issue is personal to me—I’ve fought to expand access to health care here in Northern New York for over 30 years. I’m running for Congress because I can’t sit on the sidelines as Republicans like Elise Stefanik try to dismantle our health care system.
Here’s the deal: This race is a toss-up and one that we can win. Northern New Yorkers are ready for leaders who will fight for them. Elise Stefanik is only out to protect herself, her party, and her special interest backers.
Northern New Yorkers deserve better than Elise Stefanik. I hope you’ll help us unseat her in November by pitching in whatever you can today.

This election matters, and we can win, but only if we do it together.
Gratefully yours,
