For the Alzheimer's Association community, GivingTuesday is a time to join together in honor of those we've lost, to fight for those facing the disease today and to strive to end it for our children, grandchildren and generations to come. I know you won't want to miss the chance to have 3X the impact on the fight against Alzheimer's.
This match challenge is offered by the Samuels Family Foundation in Texas, which has pledged to match every gift received by December 3 — up to $400,000 — in support of the Alzheimer's Association International Research Grant Program (IRGP) to advance promising Alzheimer's research. The Samuels family made this pledge in memory of their patriarch, Vic Samuels. I hope that — in honor of those you love — you will help us make the most of this matching gift challenge, so that we can continue providing vital care and support and supporting promising research efforts.
There are just three days left in our limited-time $400,000 GivingTuesday 3X Match. I hope you'll make your gift today, while it can go 3X as far to support our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
Thank you for being a part of our Alzheimer's Association community. I hope I can count on you to make your first gift today, during this incredible 3X match challenge.
