But Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has introduced new legislation, the No Kings Act, to put a crucial check on the court’s decision. The No Kings Act affirms that presidents DO NOT have broad immunity for criminal actions, and it’s critical that this act pass into law immediately.
