Friend,
We won’t sugarcoat it: we’re facing
some serious challenges as we approach the end of 2024.
If you’ve been following our emails for the last couple
days, you know that FPC is currently experiencing a donation shortfall
in November.
Our best projections show FPC
missing our monthly goal by a huge margin. But that’s not the only
problem. We’re also slowing
down when it matters the most.
|
November and December are the two
most important months for Second Amendment fundraising all year. And
so far, November hasn’t even kept pace with September and October of
this year. That’s bad, Friend. Real bad.
For us to be battling at the
Supreme Court, fighting off the DOJ’s appeals in cases we’ve already
won, AND maintaining such a heavy caseload, having to deal with
declining donations is exactly the wrong development happening at the
wrong time.
That’s
why we’re URGING you to rush a donation of $100, $50, or perhaps even
$25 before midnight tonight!

When you give today in support of our work, you’ll also be
entered to WIN a FN 15 TAC 3 as a thank you.
But be advised that our FN contest
is wrapping up in just over 48 hours. That means you will need to act
quickly if you still wish to be entered to win.
This is a no BS situation, Friend.
The future of ATF regulations like the “frame or receiver” rule and
the Pistol Brace Ban already hang in the balance.
|
However, we are also fighting like
hell to move the needle forward toward liberty by asking the Supreme
Court to hear FPC cases like Snope v. Brown (“assault weapons” challenge).
And with President Trump on the cusp of nominating another
generation of judges and justices to the bench, now is the time to
Fight Forward… NOT fall behind!
So
please help FPC during this time of need and show your support by
donating in time to be entered to WIN the FN 15 TAC
3!
For freedom and liberty,
The FPC Team
