john,

As families across the country gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to share what I’m especially grateful for this year:

I’m thankful for my husband, David, and my son, Sam, who bring so much love and joy into my life and give me the strength to fight for our district every day. I’m thankful for the people of Washington’s 8th District who continue to trust me to represent them in Congress. It’s an honor I never take for granted.

And I’m deeply thankful for you, john. Whether you’ve knocked on doors, shared our campaign’s message, or chipped in any amount to support our work, your dedication fuels everything we do. We truly couldn’t have done any of this without your dedicated support. I’m also incredibly grateful for my staff, who work tirelessly alongside me to help families in WA-08. From assisting constituents in times of crisis to advancing the issues that matter most, their commitment to this community inspires me every day.

So, however you’re celebrating this Thanksgiving – whether you’re enjoying an extra slice of pie, gathering with loved ones, or simply taking some time to relax – I want you to know how much I appreciate having you on this team.

Wishing you and your family a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

– Kim
