HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY TO ALL!
This is the time to reflect on all the blessings that we have received. We hope that all of you have the opportunity to share this special day with family and friends. We would be remiss if we did not give that extra thought and good wishes to all Americans who are serving our country across the world. While those of us at home are enjoying comfort and security, they are standing guard, and we appreciate their service.
As Republicans we can be thankful that we prevailed on November 5th at the voting booth and that we secured the White House and both Houses of Congress. America is one step closer to returning to the powerhouse it once was. Each of you in volunteering, donating, running for office, and voting is responsible for this victory. This holiday season, I want to show my appreciation for YOU.
In Bexar County, Republicans had 44% of the vote in the Presidential race. We held our Republican incumbents, and we elected four new Judges to the 4th Court of Appeals, giving us the majority. Thank you for your steadfast support.
We have opened a new headquarters, 909 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 79209, and we have enlisted over 650 new volunteers. (Please call our Volunteer Coordinator, Teresa Bollin, at 210.824.9445 if you wish to sign up.) The Executive Committee, Management Committee, Precinct Chairs, and all volunteers have worked tirelessly for our positive movement forward. Our recent fundraiser was a success and our speakers were inspiring: Governor Greg Abbott, Senator John Cornyn, Congressman Chip Roy, State Senator Donna Campbell, and Representative John Lujan. Donations will continue our momentum and will ensure our efforts toward electing Republicans in May and growing our party. With common sense leading us, with common sense government policies that we can understand, with common sense goals to achieve an efficient government that works for all of our people, we can invite fellow San Antonians to join us in the fight for our community, our Texas, and our country. United, we will make “America strong, safe and healthy again.”
