Dear Friends,

It’s Nancy, wishing you and your families a healthy and happy Thanksgiving!

To my constituents in San Francisco and friends around the country: as we count our blessings on Thanksgiving, we share gratitude for the community we have built together and for our freedoms that our men and women in uniform sacrifice for every day.

Each and every one of us has a stake in the future of our country and that means that we have a stake in the wellness and safety of one another and are called to recognize the spark of divinity in each and every one of us. I am also grateful for all of our fellow Americans who are welcoming strangers at their table, not just on Thanksgiving but in public policy.

You, our Volunteers in Politics, make all the good that we do in Congress possible with your outside mobilization because you believe in being a channel and instrument of peace in how you live your life and your activism.

In that spirit of looking out for one another and building peace, your neighbors and your country are depending on your compassion, commitment, courage and patriotism.
