Over the course of this past year, your unwavering support and generosity have helped UNICEF protect children, deliver much-needed care and provide children with opportunities to thrive. In the face of crisis and disaster, you’ve helped UNICEF respond so that we can all build a better world where every child is protected and can thrive.
Friend, thank you for all you do to help children. Here are just a few of the ways your support powers UNICEF’s work:
In Malawi, UNICEF is helping every child learn. Through cash transfers and assistance for families, UNICEF is ensuring that children have opportunities to learn and grow. With support like this, children like 7-year-old Eliot can further their education and make their dreams come true.
In Cameroon, UNICEF is meeting the moment to provide children with vitally needed nutritional treatment. This response has been critical for children like Abdalla, who was severely malnourished at the age of 4. With Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) treatment, UNICEF helped children like Abdalla recover, grow and be happy.
In Syria, UNICEF is ensuring that children have support despite a lack of essential resources and services. Since the start of 2023, UNICEF has rehabilitated 58 damaged health and nutrition centers across Syria. This effort has helped provide access to basic health and nutrition services for thousands of children, like 8-year-old Ali.
We’re grateful for your support, which fuels UNICEF’s efforts to reach children far and wide. Children aren’t alone as they face today’s toughest challenges — they have supporters like you helping UNICEF make a difference in their lives.
With you on our side, we’ll continue to do everything we can to support the world’s children. Take a moment to learn more about how you’re helping UNICEF respond to the most pressing emergencies facing children.
Happy Thanksgiving,
UNICEF USA
