measures to disperse a dangerous crowd, preventing further destruction and
chaos.



Yet, after a socialist District Attorney took office, everything changed.
Chance was singled out for prosecution while charges against 17 other officers
were dropped. This isn’t justice—it’s a political attack on a man who risked
his life for his community.
