Thank you, John.
As we head into the holiday season, I wanted to take a moment to personally connect with you. I am incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown to No Dem Left Behind and for the shared commitment we have to creating a better future. While the 2024 election didn’t go exactly as we hoped, I’m proud of the critical role NDLB has played in shaping the outcomes and positioning us for even greater impact in the years ahead.
It’s true that the national results were challenging. With Republicans taking control of the Presidency, Senate, and House, many of us are left reflecting on what went wrong. But despite these setbacks, I want to emphasize the victories we did achieve—and the momentum we’ve built. NDLB’s work over the past six months has directly contributed to some significant wins in both the Senate and the House, helping to secure progressive voices in crucial races.
These victories didn’t come easily, but they are a testament to the power of grassroots organizing and the coalition we’ve built together. What’s more, we’re not stopping here. The groundwork we’ve laid in 2024 has set us up for success with some big projects in 2025 and the 2026 midterms.
Our movement is growing stronger, and we are more committed than ever to building a Congress that truly represents working-class people—not corporate interests. We know the Democratic Party needs to do better for the people who have been left behind by decades of corporate influence, and we are dedicated to pushing for a change that prioritizes people over profits.
In the coming year, NDLB is ready to tackle bold new projects, building on the energy and coalition we’ve developed.
We have a chance to create real, lasting change, and with your continued support, we will make sure that the people’s voice is heard loud and clear in every corner of our country.
Thank you again for being part of this movement. We’ve made progress, and together, we’ll keep pushing forward.
I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful and joyful Thanksgiving.
