TAKE ACTION: Sign the New York State Energy Plan Petition
Ensure That Our Transition to Clean Energy Is Affordable & Equitable

Every four years, the New York State Energy Planning Board develops a roadmap for New York's energy future – and they need your input! As part of the Renewable Heat Now coalition, we are urging you to sign this petition to ensure that our state’s energy future is clean, renewable, and affordable for all. It asks the board to recommit to our state’s aggressive climate goals, lower energy bills for those struggling to keep up with rising costs, and reduce air pollution that harms our communities and contributes to climate change. Click here to learn more and sign the petition!

Retailer Report Card

Before You Shop: Learn Which Stores Are Selling You Toxic Products & Which Are Trying to Keep You Safe

The 2024 Retailer Report Card has been released by our friends at Toxic-Free Future. It reviews major retailers in the U.S. and Canada to see who is safeguarding our health and who is selling us toxic products. For example, we learned that Sephora is working hard to keep toxins out of the products it sells, but Sally Beauty is most definitely not - so buyer beware! We encourage you to give it a look before you start your holiday shopping. Read the Report & Read the Announcement
