The mental health crisis is something I hear about every day. I recently had the opportunity to attend the 13th Annual Day at Home in Region 4 mental health advocacy event in Alexandria. The powerful testimonies from community members demonstrate the importance of creating a supportive environment that prioritizes mental wellness.
