In 2023, Roe Your Vote Virginia emerged as a pivotal force in the 2023 General Assembly elections, propelling abortion-rights candidates to victory, helping to elect a Democratic majority in both the state House and Senate, and highlighting Virginians’ support for reproductive freedom.

Now, we wanted to reach out and express how thankful we are to have you on our team as we work to build on that momentum to secure a constitutional amendment that enshrines access to abortion.

We are so grateful for your support as we have launched our new campaign this month and are thrilled to have you by our side once again.

This won’t be easy. We must work together to engage, educate, and mobilize Virginians to support this cause over the next few years, and your support in every single phase will be critical.

Starting in January, we will be working to ensure our resolutions pass each chamber in order for the constitutional amendment to move forward. Then, in November 2025, we must fight to protect our pro-choice majority in the House, which will allow us to move to the next stage without Governor’s approval. We have a lot of work to do, but we know that with you by our side, we can do it.
