Suggested Actions for Engaging with the Shared Resources

1. Using the Scorecards for Strategic Planning

  • Leverage the data to inform evidence-based planning and prioritize areas requiring focused interventions.

2. Adopting Subnational Scorecards

  • Explore the concept of subnational scorecards to monitor progress in high-priority regions or districts.

  • Use these tools to advocate for localized prevention strategies and resource allocation.

3. Engaging with the Roadmap Survey Findings

  • Reflect on your country’s progress against the 10 Actions Roadmap using the survey results as a benchmark.

  • Identify specific actions where additional technical support or resources are needed and reach out for assistance.

4. Incorporating Insights into Program Reviews

  • Share the resources with your team and other stakeholders to align efforts and foster collaboration.

  • Consider integrating scorecard insights into program reviews, midterm evaluations, or national HIV strategies.
