This Thursday, approximately 200,000 people in our country’s military will spend Thanksgiving far from home. That’s why, we’re asking YOU to sign a card thanking them for all they do.

Please don’t let our heroes feel forgotten on this important day. Sign the USO’s Thanksgiving card now to thank our heroes for their service and sacrifice.

We hope you’re preparing to spend Thanksgiving enjoying family traditions and cherished moments with loved ones around the dinner table. But we also hope you’ll take a moment to remember that hundreds of thousands of service members will be spending the holiday deployed — far from their families and the comfort and joys of home.

That’s why the USO works hard to host special Thanksgiving events all over the world to support our heroes when they need it most. After an event at USO Kaiserslautern, one Sgt. shared, “This activity shows us how much this community cares for us. We are thankful for this and we will enjoy this special Thanksgiving at our new home.”

During this especially difficult time of year, it means so much for our heroes in uniform to hear how much we value and appreciate the sacrifices they are making to serve our country. It’s up to all of us to make sure they don’t feel forgotten this Thanksgiving.

But we’re falling short of the 100,000 signatures we need on our Thanksgiving card for service members — and your name is still missing!
