Hello,

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Moments ago, my team informed me that we reached our mid-quarter goal yesterday and are on track for our big FEC deadline in a few weeks. I’m so grateful to have supporters like you by my side as we fight for a better future for all Coloradans.

Right now, the Senate is paralyzed with partisanship and gridlock. Mitch McConnell and my opponent have stalled progress for too long. And they’ve sided with Donald Trump and corporate special interests over the people of our state.

So, I think it’s time we send them packing and get Washington working more like Colorado.

You see, seven years ago this week, I signed Medicaid expansion into law — with bipartisan support! Over 400,000 Coloradans gained health care coverage, and we got nearly 95% of the state insured. But now Washington Republicans like my opponent are relentlessly trying to rip health care away from people — in the middle of a pandemic.

You deserve a strong leader who will work for you in Washington and that’s why I’m running. Look, this is the most important race I’ve ever run in my life. There is so much at stake. We cannot lose it.

The other side is working hard to tear us down and keep their grip on power (they’ve already booked millions in ads against me — and Cory Gardner went up on TV yesterday!) but I’m confident with your support, we can win this election and get our government working again.

There’s too much at stake in this race. If we lose, Washington Republicans and my opponent Cory Gardner will continue to attack health care and reproductive rights, ignore the existential threat of climate change, and tear apart the fundamental fabric of our democracy.

I’m fighting as hard as humanly possible to win this. But I cannot do it alone.

I’m more fired up about this campaign than I’ve ever been in my life. I hope you are too. I know that together, we can bring the change that Washington desperately needs.
