Each day, Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism receives requests from feminist activists on the frontlines—activists who need new passports to flee danger, activists seeking psychosocial support for the trauma they have experienced during conflict, and activists who are pursuing legal resources to challenge unjust policies, among others.

The movements and individuals we support with your help are the face of courage. They continue to fight for human rights, democracy, justice, and our planet at great personal cost. They are my glimmer of hope in this moment of escalating conflicts and threats in the United States and around the world.

Together, we can shift power, protection, and resources to feminist movements.

With the help of supporters like you, this year alone we have awarded more than 575 grants totaling over $6 million to feminist activists and movements in 45 countries.

Yet, there is still more to do. With your help, activists can continue to respond to real-time and emergent threats, challenge oppressive systems, and take care of themselves and their communities. To create a safer, more hopeful, and more abundant world for all of us, we must get resources into their hands in the moments they need it most.
