Just like the climate movement itself, 350.org is people powered. This international community is supported, in large part, by people like you pitching in, on average, $20 at a time. It might not sound like much but with people from Fiji to France pitching in, we really can grow and fuel a global movement to stop the climate crisis.
350.org has been around for over a decade weaving together campaigns around the world to take on and win against the fossil fuel industry. When you make a contribution, your money goes right to resourcing this vital work for a just and equitable transition away from fossil fuels.
So much of 350.org’s work is focused on what we call “movement infrastructure”. That’s the volunteer training, websites, coalition building, and global mobilizations that keep the climate movement powerful. It’s not always the shiniest work but it’s vital to keep the movement strong.
I can’t tell you how important it is that we stay focused and stay strong. Big Oil and Gas won’t go down without a fight, but with you in our corner, I know we can win.
