I want to start this by saying I recognize that a lot of people aren’t ready to jump back into politics yet. Trust me -- I get it. I just want to drop in and say that I appreciate you, everything you’ve done for our campaign and others this past election cycle, and your commitment to what we’re doing.

I don’t have any grand post-election conclusions or wisdom to impart quite yet. It was really tough, and in the coming weeks and months, there will continue to be a lot of discussion about what happened and where we go from here. 

I’m ready to have those conversations. We need them. We have a lot of reorganizing and soul-searching to do, and we need everyone to come to the table and be a part of it so we can be stronger in future elections.

But for today, I just want to say thank you -- for giving it your all and sticking with us in elections to come. Because we need you.
