I’ve played tough guys on screen, but nothing compares to the toughness, bravery and sacrifice of the heroes who step up to serve our country every day.

That’s why I'm partnering with the USO to collect 100,000 signatures before Thanksgiving to thank our brave service members around the world who always stand ready to defend us and our freedoms. Will you join me in your show of support for those service members who can’t be home with their families this Thanksgiving and add your name to our card?

Most of us only ever encounter villains at the movies because there are active-duty service members around the globe who are always there for us to face the worst threats to our safety and security.

And when our heroes are deployed far from home in difficult, dangerous or even hostile conditions, a note of appreciation and gratitude signed by Americans from across the country goes a long way in letting them know that their service and sacrifices do not go unnoticed.
