John, No matter the circumstances, momentum is building when it comes to care, and it’s because of supporters like you.

As we look ahead to 2025 – I want to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made this past year.

Here are just a few of the things we’ve been able to accomplish:

* We mobilized thousands of care advocates nationwide. From policy roundtables to a bus tour across key states to a Community Integration Summit, we’re continuing to drive a movement for better care forward.
* We educated voters about the importance of care in the lead-up to the election. Our Care Can’t Wait bus tour traveled to nine stops in battleground states, bringing voters together, and distributing Care Voter Guides to lift up care in the voting process.
* You helped us spotlight the true cost of care. Thanks to you, we were able to generate tens of thousands of signatures in support of more affordable care.
* We brought care to center stage. With the Cost of Not Caring, we launched a powerful series of performances from Tony Award-winning playwright and actress Sarah Jones–all inspired by real stories from Care Fellows.
* We brought in 100 new Care Fellows across the country. With a brand-new curriculum, our Care Fellowship is stronger than ever and developing leaders in the care movement.

And there’s so much more that we’re planning for the year ahead.

None of our progress would be possible without your support, John. As we plan ahead for the next year, under a new administration and new Congress, we’re proud to have you on our team.

Onward,

Ai-jen Poo, Executive Director
